Terms & Conditions

 These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for staying, dining, and using services at Hotel Prime. By booking, visiting, or using any of our facilities, you agree to the terms below.
 
 
1. Reservations & Check-In
 

  • Room reservations are confirmed only after payment or valid credit card guarantee.

  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM; check-out is 12:00 PM unless otherwise stated.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Guests must present valid identification at check-in.

 
 
2. Rates & Payments
 

  • All room rates are quoted per night, exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless noted.

  • Payments can be made by cash, major credit cards, or other accepted methods listed at reception.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed rate.

 
 
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
 

  • Cancellation policies vary by rate or package. Unless stated otherwise, cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows may incur one night’s room charge.

  • Prepaid or promotional bookings may be non-refundable.

 
 
4. Guest Responsibilities
 

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the stay.

  • Any damage to property caused by the guest or their party will be charged to the registered guest.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Non-compliance may lead to cleaning fees.

 
 
5. Dining & Events
 

  • Restaurant and event reservations are subject to availability.

  • Please inform staff of allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior approval.

 
 
6. Hotel Property & Conduct
 

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking for guests engaging in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

  • Firearms, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

 
 
7. Liability & Force Majeure
 

  • Hotel Prime will not be liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, power outages, strikes, etc.).

  • Valuables should be stored in in-room safes; liability for lost items is limited as allowed by law.

 
 
8. Privacy & Data
 

  • Personal information collected for bookings is kept secure and used solely to manage reservations, improve service, and comply with legal obligations.

  • We do not sell or share guest information with unaffiliated third parties without consent.

 
 
9. Changes to Terms
 

  • Hotel Prime reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website.
