    •    A ₩10,000 deposit must be paid in advance to complete the booking.
    •    After payment, a consultation will confirm availability and final approval.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Please note that special terms and conditions for international travel apply to this product.
When special terms are applied, the cancellation fee may be higher than the standard policy, and a separate consent process may be required.

Once the payment is made, the contract is considered finalized.
If the traveler requests cancellation after payment, the following cancellation fees will be applied:

Cancellation Fees After Contract Confirmation
    •    30 days before departure (or earlier):
Only the airline ticket cost will be refunded.
    •    20 days before departure (between 29–20 days):
Airline ticket cost + 20% of the travel fee will be charged.
    •    7 days before departure (between 19–7 days):
Airline ticket cost + 50% of the travel fee will be charged.
    •    Within 6 days before departure (6 days–departure day):
No refund.
    •    If the trip is canceled due to insufficient participants (less than the minimum number required):
Full refund if cancellation is notified one month before departure.

Additional Notes
    •    Airline tickets are subject to separate airline cancellation regulations after ticket issuance.
    •    In case of natural disasters, bad weather, or other uncontrollable situations that cause course changes or cancellations at the golf course, no refund will be provided.
If unavoidable circumstances occur during the trip, any additional costs are the traveler’s responsibility.
    •    The effective date for cancellation is based on the date of notification and follows the travel agency’s and airline’s business days.
